Norigan Eitas
Description
With skin as black as an inky pool of the Abyss, Norigan Eitas clearly appears to be one of the nefarious drow. Scarlet eyes burn with unmatched intensity and focused drive earned over years of training and experience. His taut muscles and fluid, preternatural grace move the dark elf like a black panther. Though only 5’0” and barely over 100 pounds, Norigan still seems like a deadly dagger poised to slice enemies through their hearts. All hair is missing from the drow’s scalp, having shaved it all, highlighting his canted ears and high-boned features. Like his skin, black defines Norigan’s simple attire. Strips of black cotton wind tightly over his lithe body, overlapping and concealing many a tiny blade. A black cloak is tossed over it all, the cowl often drawn up over his head to reveal only his ruthless gaze. Tiny fist-like symbols are embroidered into the clasps of his cloak. Cold and diabolic, obedient only to the will of Sivarnatta and the discipline of his deadly fighting methods, Norigan seems like a black stain in the heart of the drow’s dark endeavors.
History
In 742 (overlanders’ time), Norigan Eitas was born in the Lower Kingdom realm of Noirazhan as part of the great House Barvra, located in the mountains of Hale. Always quiet if arrogant in youth, Norigan knew at heart that the drow were a superior race by birth. But not content with his mere birthrights, he studied and trained hard at all the standard methods dark elves learned. At first, Norigan wished to become a feared wizard. But he was far too physically adept to waste on a scholarly career. His great self-discipline earned him a place outside mere warrior academies, however. He was placed in the small drow monastery, there learning to channel his internal mystical energies into subtle physical and mental applications. For years, Norigan worked on developing his ki, an exotic name for the life force empowering all drow but open to few dark elves’ conscious manipulation. When he graduated, he was soon assigned to patrolling the outer regions of the Lower Kingdom, as valuable if not more so than any drow caver. Norigan knew he would make his people proud and excel at all put on his plate. One day, he would be Sivarnatta’s most unstoppable champion.
Personality
Norigan proves unusually disciplined and even humble for a drow. This seems mostly apparent due to his quiet mien. Of course, he’s actually quite ruthless, cold, and callous. He’s loyal only to his race and their demonic goddess. Indeed, he adores his race, and his pride is directed at the drow species at whole rather than himself.
Goals
Norigan will only master and pursue the monk class to epic levels (20th-level+).
