Bio
From the planet of Glee Anselm, the Nautolan joined the greater galactic civilization. The planet gravitated to the Republic and the Jedi recruited Nautolan Force-sensitives. However, some slipped through the Jedi’s net, especially during the Cold War era when the Jedi recovered from the Sacking of Coruscant. Khysharai was one such talented individual, who instead came to the attention of the Cult of Revan. She was made an apprentice of this secret, galaxy-spanning organization, and given to Wel Setmois for instruction in the Force. This Selkath master hailed neither from the Sith or the Jedi, but rather from the Order of Shasa. Wel taught Khysharai the middle path, to avoid falling into the madness of the Dark Side while eschewing the seemingly arbitrary limitations of the Jedi Code. Still, perfect balance was not Wel’s intention. Instead, he tested young Khysharai, subjecting her to observations that helped her discover her natural inclination toward either the Light or Dark Side of the Force.
One of the most important and advanced tests for the young apprentice was to meditate over the vast oceans of Manaan, levitating oneself with the Force, while allowing the powerful tides of the planet to flow directly below. Wel expected Khysharai to finally learn her true nature, for she would either maintain tranquility despite the powerful tides, or embrace the torrential force and become one with it. Khysharai discovered that her aquatic roots had little sway over which way her meditations guided. In the end, she awakened from the meditation with the feel of tidal force flowing through her body, hungering for change and reveling in its power. She was undoubtedly a Dark Side heroine. Unfortunately, she never got to share her discovery with her master: Wel Setmois was slain by Lana Beniko during her infiltration of Revan's Manaan labs.
Khysharai turned her back on the Cult of Revan. In fact, the ripples in her soul made her wonder if she even intended to meet with her master peacefully, or to strike him down. Even considering that notion made her realize where she truly belonged. Unlike so many other Force-sensitives who made their way to Korriban, Khysharai showed up voluntarily. She abandoned all Revanite heresy and proved it during the Inquisitors’ torture to ensure she was no traitor: her screams of defiant agony nearly tore the walls down. She was released to the Dark Council, who decided to let her train in the Sith ways. She grew to master the Dark Side, challenging all Sith Lords and Jedi Masters alike in her exponential growth. Her mysterious and quiet demeanor gave way to tidal waves of rippling, destructive power, earning her the moniker of Darth Dagon and a place as the Wrath of the Empire. If every Sith was driven by a particular passion above all, hers surely stood as a sense of wordless primality.
